Beiguan Li: A Unique Business Community

Creating a Diverse and Participatory Urban Space

Inspired by the concept of monomer building envelopes, Beiguan Li aims to create a closer integration between internal and external spaces. The project provides a variety of relatively independent spaces that allow for natural flow and offer a range of possibilities for city life. By seamlessly merging different architectural forms, Beiguan Li creates a construction aggregate tribe that is both interconnected and distinct.

The design of Beiguan Li prioritizes the creation of a comfortable and engaging environment. The spatial relations between the lake terrace park, external square, contemporary architecture, and multi-level inner courtyards are carefully planned and constructed to give the community its unique character. The project aims to optimize the public environment and promote the local culture.

Beiguan Li stands out for its sense of place and diversified offerings. The community provides a participatory space where residents and visitors can engage with the environment and each other. With its mixed development, Beiguan Li offers a range of amenities and activities that cater to different interests and preferences.

The design of Beiguan Li is characterized by its simplicity and elegance. The use of a cold gray tone creates a neutral backdrop that allows the architectural details to shine. Natural light floods the space, creating a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere. The design team carefully balanced the contrast between soft and hard materials to create a harmonious and inviting environment.

Beiguan Li was officially launched in April 2022, following its development in Harbin and Qiqihar. The project has received recognition for its outstanding design and creativity. In 2023, Beiguan Li was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category. This prestigious award acknowledges the project's contribution to quality of life improvements and its incorporation of best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
