Into the Heart: A Warm and Inviting Sales Center by Hsin Chih Wu

Creating a Comfortable and Pleasant Commercial Space

This interior design project, named "Into the Heart," is a sales center for a property development. It encompasses various areas, including a reception counter, negotiation area, VIP room, model room display area, and staff lounge. What sets this design apart is its unique approach to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Inside the sales center, marble panels with a rough surface in gray stone are presented on the walls, while warm woods create a rustic and simple tone. This combination of materials welcomes visitors and creates a refreshing ambiance. To eliminate the cold and hard feeling often associated with sales centers, the designer introduces curved elements into the space, providing a soft and smooth visual experience.

The warm yellow light further enhances the atmosphere, giving guests a sense of warmth and friendliness. The designer's clever use of marble panels with a rough surface in gray stone to decorate the structure of the beams adds a touch of lightness to the space.

Measuring approximately 224 square meters, the "Into the Heart" sales center project is set to be completed in 2026 in Taipei, Taiwan. The design is a result of careful research and consideration, aiming to create an immersive movement arrangement and a harmonious relationship between people and the environment.

The staff lounge, an important space for the sales team, has been designed to be both comfortable and functional. It serves as a place where visitors and potential clients can envision a beautiful future residence. The warm colors and textures used throughout the sales center create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, offering guests an intuitive and beautiful experience.
