A Luxury Penthouse Designed by Moran Gozali

This prestigious penthouse was bought by a family who dreamt of a penthouse that would be a kind of Resort for them. This refers to a sense of freedom, elegance, warmth, and intimacy. The parallel lines created as part of the initial planning were leading lines for a design language that was reiterated throughout the various elements making up that space. These lines appear in various versions, both horizontally and vertically, in the spatial enclosures, kitchen design, and other tailor-made elements. Each wall and element were carefully planned and manufactured down to the small details.

This unique luxury penthouse, designed by Moran Gozali, stands out with its meticulous attention to detail and harmonious design. The designer's vision was to create a space that exudes elegance, warmth, and a sense of freedom. The parallel lines that run throughout the penthouse serve as a design language, creating a cohesive and visually striking environment.

One of the standout features of this penthouse is the careful selection and integration of materials. Every wall and corner has been meticulously planned and executed, resulting in a precise and harmonious look. The studio believes in Total Design, where every element of the home functions as a synchronized unit.

The realization of this design involved the use of various technologies and techniques. The entrance to the penthouse features an impressive wall covering made of Granit stone with brass strips of differing rhythms. The flooring, both inside and outside, is identical, creating a sense of continuity and space. The balcony is adorned with a 12-meter-long wooden pergola with horizontal lighting strips, further enhancing the resort-like atmosphere.

The technical specifications of this penthouse were carefully considered to ensure a seamless and functional living space. One of the challenges was to create a division in the Master Bedroom that provided privacy and intimacy while still maintaining a sense of camouflage and concealment. The solution was a sliding door system made of aluminum and glass with vertical stripes, seamlessly integrated into the design.

Moran Gozali believes that a home is not just a place to live but a space to experience, feel, and create moments. The design of this penthouse aims to create a complete and harmonized space, where every detail contributes to the overall experience. The designer acts as an orchestra conductor, ensuring that all systems function as one synchronized unit.

The Ysm House Parallel Lines project was realized between May 2019 and November 2021 in Be'er Ya'akov, Israel. The design is a result of extensive research and careful consideration of materials, functionality, and aesthetics. It has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023.
