Most trophies presented in Malaysia are usually similar and ordinary-looking, lacking the impact and memorability that such prestigious awards deserve. Recognizing the need for a redesign, Shawn Goh Chin Siang has crafted a trophy that is truly one-of-a-kind. The design incorporates the use of angels, symbolizing the traits of a successful person - leadership capability and gratitude.

The wings on the trophy represent one's ability to lead and chart the course, while the right-hand posture signifies gratitude. These elements come together to create a bold and glorious design that captures the essence of success. The silver color adds a touch of sophistication, making the trophy truly stand out among its peers.

The realization of this design required the use of high-quality materials and meticulous craftsmanship. The trophy is made from pure alloy, with an electroplated surface, ensuring its durability and elegance. The packaging of the trophy is equally impressive, with a box made from kraft paper for the cover and inner protection, and thick, hard cardboard for the second layer of the inner part. The black color and rough texture of the cardboard exude an elegant feeling, enhancing the overall unboxing experience.

Measuring at W13.5cm x H14cm, the trophy itself is a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship. The cover box measures H44cm x W18cm, while the inside box measures H43cm x W17cm, providing a perfect fit for the trophy and adding to the overall presentation.
