The construction of Maestria is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing a combination of reinforced concrete, metal, glass, and innovative lighting to mimic the multifaceted surface of a diamond. Spanning over 17,000 square meters and soaring to a height of 109 meters, the building houses 46 residential and 4 commercial units, along with an extensive leisure area exceeding 1,400 square meters.

The journey of Maestria began in February 2023, with the design phase concluding in December of the same year. The groundbreaking is set for April 2024 in Porto Belo, Santa Catarina, Brazil, with completion anticipated by December 2028.
