At Sahiplex, the focus is on creating a comfortable and inspiring environment for the workforce. Customized spaces have been designed to boost creativity and enhance productivity. One of the standout features is the tartan track that surrounds the entire perimeter of the office building, providing employees with the opportunity to jog or walk. The facility also includes a basketball court and gym, ensuring that employees have access to leisure and recreation activities to refresh their minds amidst their busy work schedules.

Meeting rooms at Sahiplex are equipped with intelligent systems, and a special room with a rainforest atmosphere has been created for brainstorming activities. The office also boasts a Pilates and dance studio, with professional trainers available to help employees stay in shape. To promote a healthy lifestyle, employees can travel inside the building on scooters and bicycles, and have access to free snacks and drinks at any time.

Recognizing the importance of a happy and peaceful work environment, Sahiplex has taken several measures to ensure the well-being of its employees. Sound insulation, automatically controlled lighting and curtain systems, and a free kitchenette serving healthy food and beverages are just a few of the amenities provided. The office also prioritizes ergonomics, with chairs, desks, and tables designed to promote better body posture for sedentary work. A medical room and dedicated cleaning staff contribute to a healthier workplace.

Sahiplex goes above and beyond national standards when it comes to air quality and noise levels. Each individual enjoys an average fresh air volume of 35-45 m³/h, well above the national standards in Turkey. The ambient noise level of 69.4 dBA in Sahiplex surpasses the Turkish standards of 80 dBA, creating a quiet and relaxing working space. Meeting and managerial staff rooms have an even lower noise level of 30 dBA, making it almost impossible to hear outdoor sounds.

The entire lighting system in Sahiplex is automated, and the heating and cooling systems are controlled by computers and timers. Daylight sensors automatically adjust the curtains facing the main road. These technological advancements not only enhance the working environment but also contribute to energy efficiency.

The design and realization of Sahiplex presented several challenges, including fitting an office building into a 120-meter long elliptical space with specific ceiling and beam heights. However, the result is a unique and inspiring office space that promotes creativity, productivity, and well-being.

Completed in August 2012, Sahiplex has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2014, highlighting its exceptional creativity, technical characteristics, and innovation.
