The public facilities of Oriental include a lobby, lounge, wine-tasting room, aromatherapy room, fitness center, restaurant, starlight bar, and reading room. The spatial tone is created by interweaving classical and modern methods, resulting in a luxurious texture, depth, appearance, position, and proportion. The layout showcases the juxtaposition of intertwining and simplistic elements, creating a harmonious and visually captivating space.

The design team utilized a combination of wood, glass, iron, tile, and marble to bring the Oriental design to life. The use of these materials adds to the luxurious and sophisticated ambiance of the space.

One of the unique features of Oriental is the special arrangement of modernity and classicism, symmetry and asymmetry. This intentional juxtaposition creates a sense of intrigue and visual interest, making the design stand out from others in its category.

The Oriental design project was completed in 2013 in Taichung City, Taiwan. Throughout the duration of the project, the design team faced various creative, technical, and research challenges. However, their firm belief that architecture is a perfect synthesis of science and art allowed them to overcome these challenges and create a design that is both visually captivating and functionally impressive.

Oriental has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2015. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills and contribute to quality of life improvements.
