The design and implementation of the sbi InTouch branches were completed within a span of three months in 2014. Located in major metropolitan areas including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Calcutta, these branches bring digital banking closer to the urban population. The dimensions of each retail branch are approximately 200 square meters, ensuring a spacious and comfortable environment for customers.
Allen International collaborated with technology partners Accenture to implement the digital processes and technology within the branches. This partnership also included back-end system integration and employee training, ensuring a seamless and efficient banking experience for customers.
The sbi InTouch branches have received accolades for their innovative design and functionality. In 2015, they were awarded the prestigious A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This recognition highlights the branches' well-designed, practical, and innovative approach to banking, meeting the professional and industrial requirements of the industry.
