The Playhouse is a 6000-square feet, two-level apartment that redefines the concept of a residential space. The lower level serves as a private party zone, featuring a social dining area with a reclaimed wood ceiling and a vibrant teppanyaki counter. The upper level, on the other hand, offers a relaxing vacation home atmosphere with a modern vintage theme, complete with a brass and concrete paneled ceiling.

Aged Italian brick tiles, blackened steel I-beams, and cement panels sourced from around the world complete the retro rustic atmosphere of a New York-style loft.
