Designed in 3D software, it is divided into separate parts to facilitate the polishing and casting process. Made from 18k rose gold and yellow gold, weighing 9.9 grams, this brooch showcases the designer's attention to detail and commitment to creating a high-quality piece.
Measuring 41.65mm in length, 24.97mm in width, and 14.31mm in height, the Yalda brooch is a testament to the designer's technical expertise. It features a beautiful ruby gemstone, weighing 0.3 carats, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the design.
One of the main challenges in creating the Yalda brooch was the casting and polishing process. The designer aimed to achieve a simple and organic shape without any distortion, allowing the brooch to showcase the natural elegance of a pomegranate. Through meticulous craftsmanship, this challenge was overcome, resulting in a brooch that is both visually stunning and true to its inspiration.

Designed in Tehran in February 2014, the Yalda brooch has been exhibited in group exhibitions at the University of Tehran in January 2016.
