Logo and VI Design Inspired by Children's Imagination and Potential

The logo design for Evergrande Kindergarten, a renowned brand under Evergrande Education & Technology Co., Ltd., is a playful and imaginative representation of childhood. The logo cleverly incorporates the four letters 'E, V, E, R' from 'EVERGRANDE', symbolizing 'everyone, every time, everything, and everywhere'. The design, inspired by the concept of plasticine, signifies the immense potential and flexibility of children. The overall design appears as two back-to-back children, creating an image of a place filled with dreams and happiness.

The unique properties of this design lie in its child-centric approach. The design team at Dongdao took into account the instincts of children and the characteristics of preschool education to create a 'wonderful world' from a child's perspective. The logo's combination of diverse colors represents children's simplicity and dreams.

The auxiliary graphics of the design originate from the colorful world seen through a child's eyes. The Dongdao Design Team, based on children's paintings, re-created irregular patterns and constructed adorable little animal figures, such as 26 English cartoon letters. This approach makes the learning process as lively and vivid as possible, further enhancing the design's interactive nature.

The design process, which took place in Shanghai, began in February 2016 and concluded in April 2016. The challenge during the design process was to convey the educational aspect while ensuring the logo adequately represented the loveliness, happiness, and imagination associated with a kindergarten. The team overcame this challenge by emulating a 'wonderful world' and creating the logo from a child's perspective.

The Evergrande Kindergarten design project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2017. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
