Etiler Marmaris Concept: Redefining Fast Food Dining

Etiler Marmaris, a popular fast food chain in Turkey, has undergone a stunning transformation with its new interior design. Designed by the renowned firm Idea Mimarlik, this project has redefined the concept of fast food dining, offering a unique and stylish experience for its customers.

The main challenge for Idea Mimarlik was to create a space that could cater to both fast and long service sessions. To achieve this, different seating arrangements were implemented, allowing for a flexible dining experience. The kitchen-service area-session areas were meticulously planned and redesigned multiple times until the perfect layout was achieved.

One of the key features of the design is the open kitchen concept. This not only adds a sense of transparency and authenticity to the dining experience but also posed a significant challenge in terms of ventilation. The team at Idea Mimarlik worked tirelessly to find effective ventilation solutions that would ensure the comfort of both the staff and the customers.

Another unique aspect of the design is the integration of support facilities such as preparation kitchens, staff rooms, toilets, and offices on the lower floor. This allows for a seamless flow of operations and ensures that the dining area remains uncluttered and focused on providing an exceptional dining experience.

The interior design elements of Etiler Marmaris Concept are truly captivating. The use of wooden ceilings, special production wall panels, and textured paints creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of copper-wood and black color adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space. The lighting design is carefully balanced, with general lighting providing a pleasant ambiance and decorative lighting highlighting specific areas of interest.

The technical specifications of the design are equally impressive. With a service area of 90 square meters, a lower floor of 90 square meters, and a terrace area of approximately 20 square meters, Etiler Marmaris Concept offers a spacious and comfortable dining environment. The ceiling height varies throughout the space, with the entrance hall boasting a lofty 4-meter height, gradually reducing to 3 meters inside to accommodate the ventilation solutions.

Etiler Marmaris Concept has received widespread recognition for its innovative design. In 2017, it was awarded the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This award acknowledges the outstanding creativity and resourcefulness demonstrated by Idea Mimarlik in creating a design that enhances the dining experience and contributes to the overall quality of life.
