Maria Blondet's inspiration for the Diversity Collection stems from the interconnectedness of today's world. The internet and social media have brought us closer than ever before, highlighting the importance of respecting all races, beliefs, and cultures. The collection, made of oxidized Argentium silver, sterling silver, and 22K bimetal, uses different textures to represent the strength of diversity.

The Diversity Collection is unique in its representation of diversity. Each piece is made of different metals, each treated differently with textures and color, but all together forming a strong piece. The collection is a reminder that what makes us different also makes us stronger when we stand together.

The collection is entirely handmade, with each metal - argentium silver 935, sterling silver, and 22K gold - hammered, filed, and textured to achieve the desired shape. Each piece is then soldered together to become one, with the depth and layers of each piece taken into consideration to ensure aesthetic and functional appeal.

The collection includes rings and bracelets, with the rings measuring 22mm x 16mm x 20mm and the bracelets 70mm x 30mm x 60mm. The strength of the collection lies in the simplicity of each design. Each piece is strong enough to make a statement by itself, yet the uniqueness of each design and their variations make them look great together, offering a look of simplicity and not a heavy one.

The Diversity Collection was handcrafted at Maria Blondet's workshop from June to August 2017. To create a collection of pieces that are very different yet interlaced together, Blondet began by cutting as many simple shapes as possible to play and fold them as she desired. The dimensions of the rings and the length of the chain in the necklaces were adjusted to fit a wide range of people, allowing the wearer to adjust the pieces to their bodies and feel great with them.
