Humanistic Intertwine: A Fusion of Art and Space

Residential Space Designed by Ching-Wen Huang

Introduction

In the world of design, there are projects that stand out for their uniqueness and ability to captivate. One such project is Humanistic Intertwine, a residential space designed by the talented Ching-Wen Huang. This project seamlessly blends art, architecture, and innovation to create a living environment that is both visually stunning and functional.

Humanistic Intertwine draws inspiration from the serene ambiance of clouds and mists in the mountains. The space, adorned with touches of blue and green, serves as a sanctuary where the owner can find rest and rejuvenation.

The strength of this design lies in its unique properties. The project's design plan and direction are truly one-of-a-kind. The entrance features a captivating sculpture called "Old Tree Roots," which serves as a prelude to the fusion of art and space. Every craftsman involved in the project was encouraged to awaken their artistic spirit, resulting in a space that is a true masterpiece. A master of metalwork has brilliantly expressed the dynamics of hard and soft lines within the metal material, while paintings drawn onsite by artists bring out unique patterns and textures that harmonize with the overall design.

When it comes to material selection, Humanistic Intertwine showcases innovations in low carbon footprint and economical design. Every texture in the minimalist setting is carefully chosen to create a harmonious atmosphere. From the warm and textured wallpaper at the entrance, emphasizing the "Old Tree Roots" artwork, to the wood grain positioned throughout the space, every detail and proportion has been meticulously designed. To ensure a healthy living environment, the entire space uses benzene-free paint and formaldehyde-free boards, which are standard for every project.

The specifications of this remarkable property measure 433.6 square meters, providing ample space for the family to enjoy wonderful interactions. The project, located in HsinChu, Taiwan, began in January 2016 and was completed in September of the same year.

Humanistic Intertwine is a testament to the power of art in transforming a living space. With art filling every corner, the family residing in this space is able to lead a life filled with modern art. It truly is a wonderful thing to bring art into the home.

Ching-Wen Huang's exceptional design has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2018. This award is bestowed upon outstanding and creatively ingenious designs that authenticate experience and resourcefulness. Humanistic Intertwine exhibits strong technical and creative skills, contributing to quality of life improvements and making the world a better place.
