Fanyue Global Mansion, designed by Kot Ge of LSD Casa, is a residential project that aims to cater to individuals with strong individual taste in aesthetics. The design team's original intention was to create unique spaces that reflect the individuality of the occupants. The project started in February 2017 and was completed in May 2017 in Beijing.
Life is an extension of one's character, and a house should display an air similar to the type of person who resides in it. The design of a house should reflect the traces of life, personal likings, and the component of family relations. With this philosophy in mind, Kot Ge and the LSD Casa team embarked on the design journey for Fanyue Global Mansion.
Upon entering the house, one can immediately perceive the strong character of the owner. Symmetrical screens, regular lines, and artist paintings adorn the space, showcasing precision and attention to detail. The dining room breaks away from traditional patterns, with a seemingly casual arrangement that adds a free style to the space. The wall decorations, including drawings and furnishings, demonstrate a strong personal style and artistic taste.
The master bedroom, with its marvelous view, is designed as a space for rest and privacy. The emphasis is on comfort, with enough space on the wall and ground saved. The 180-degree window view serves as a grand hanging scroll painting, replacing other decorations. Only a carpet and a ceiling lamp serve as subtle accents.
Fanyue Global Mansion also features a 'Green Paradise' theme garden designed by Toda Yoshiki, a renowned landscaping master from Japan. This garden aims to fulfill urban residents' dreams of having mountains and waters in the center of a city, creating a serene and natural environment.
Fanyue Global Mansion is a testament to the belief that life has no reproduction. Each person is unique, and their living spaces should reflect that uniqueness. Kot Ge and the LSD Casa team have successfully created a design that captures the essence of individuality and personal taste.
This design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. The Iron A' Design Award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. It is recognized for integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings, and contributing to a better world.
