With its prime location and easy access to top-level facilities, The Palace stands as a testament to luxury and sophistication. The exterior facade, inspired by the Chinese character for happiness and the shape of a Chinese knot, exudes elegance and auspiciousness. This motif is carried through to the interior design, with borders on the floor, archways, and decorative details echoing the character shape and Chinese knot.
What sets The Palace apart is its attention to detail and unique features. The design team, led by Chief Design Director David Chang, has created a space that seamlessly blends traditional Chinese architecture with neoclassical lines. The archways provide structural support and create a sense of grandeur in the public areas, while concave and convex lines on the ceiling of the living and dining rooms add layers and contrast, creating a natural and dignified atmosphere.
The Palace boasts impressive technical specifications, with a total area of 300 square meters and ceiling heights ranging from 2.6 to 2.89 meters. The meticulous craftsmanship and use of high-quality materials ensure a luxurious living experience.
Personalization is key in The Palace's design. The master bedroom features a private bar counter at the entrance, adding a touch of luxury and romance. The main bathroom and bedrooms are equipped with electrochromic glass, which can be tinted for privacy or become transparent at the touch of a button, adding a playful element to the space.
The design team faced several challenges in creating The Palace. The folding doors in the kitchen serve to separate it from other spaces, creating a spacious area for entertaining. Additionally, an elevator connects the kitchen to the servant's quarters, allowing for convenient maintenance and service without disturbing the main living areas.
As an upscale residential community, The Palace caters to media professionals, celebrities, and business executives. The design team carefully balanced modern fashion with traditional Chinese elements to create a fashionable, open, and modern show flat. Leather, mirror, and metal express contemporary style, while crimson wood and jade represent a nod to tradition.
The Palace has garnered recognition for its exceptional design. In 2018, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award recognizes designs that are well-designed, practical, and innovative, meeting professional and industrial requirements.
Step into The Palace and experience the epitome of luxury living in Beijing's CBD. With its fusion of tradition and modernity, this show flat is a true masterpiece that embodies art, elegance, and sophistication.
