The "Ordinary" collection consists of two distinct looks, each meticulously crafted to a US size 6 standard. Jeong's creative process involved researching and studying the fundamentals of ordinary garments, applying her art knowledge and fashion/textile techniques to create well-structured 3D dimensional garments with unique textile surfaces.

Jeong's journey in creating "Ordinary" was not without its challenges. Integrating her knowledge and experience from other disciplines of art with the fundamentals of fashion textiles required a delicate balance. However, her dedication and passion for pushing boundaries allowed her to overcome these obstacles and create a collection that truly stands out.

The "Ordinary" project began in August 2016 in San Francisco and was completed in December of the same year. Throughout the process, Jeong conducted extensive research, drawing inspiration from nature, museum visits, and combining them with her creative designs and innovative textiles.

Jeong's exceptional work on the "Ordinary" collection has been recognized with the prestigious A' Design Award. In 2018, she was awarded the Bronze A' Fashion, Apparel, and Garment Design Award. This accolade celebrates designs that exhibit outstanding creativity, resourcefulness, and technical skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
