It is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from +50 to -30 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for a variety of climates. The house is also fully self-sustained, with optional features for energy, water, and waste management. It is delivered fully furnished and is prepared for various extensions over time, making it suitable as a home, cabin, or part of a resort.

The realization of NESTT involved two years of research, testing, and development. The design team utilized lightweight construction materials such as aluminium and super-insulation materials used in space technology. The production process has been optimized for effective production and delivery times.

NESTT's design process involved a significant amount of research. The team investigated size and weight restrictions for efficient transportation and installation worldwide. They also studied construction, insulation, and technical installations to make the house suitable for virtually any climate. The team also explored visually and texturally appealing, durable, and functional surfaces.

One of the main challenges in the design process was combining all the technical and transportation/installation requirements to produce a high-quality end result. The team had to design custom plans and furnishings to optimize functionality and comfort in a limited space. The result is a testament to the idea that comfortable living is more about solutions and design than size.
