GreeneryPann stands out with its unique properties that set it apart from other designs. With its modular structure, it can be customized to different dimensions according to the user's needs. This flexibility allows it to function as a space divider, adapting to the properties of the environment it is used in. Users can easily change the modules of GreeneryPann, providing a versatile and adaptable design.
The realization of GreeneryPann involves shaping Corian material using the mold method. This technique ensures the panels are formed with precision and durability. The technical specifications of GreeneryPann include a module width and length of 70cm, providing a balanced and visually pleasing design.
Thanks to the main water circulation system designed around the panels, the plants within GreeneryPann can easily access water from the distribution pipes. Excess water is efficiently collected from the bottom of the panels, ensuring optimal plant health. By incorporating plants that reduce indoor air pollution, GreeneryPann effectively combats the negative effects of artificial materials on indoor air quality.
GreeneryPann is not only easy to manufacture but also simple to assemble due to its modular system. Its flexibility allows it to be seamlessly integrated into any interior space, making it a versatile solution for various environments.
The GreeneryPann project was initiated and completed in March 2019 in Ankara, Turkey. Extensive visual and theoretical research was conducted to inform the design, including material and detail research. Overcoming the challenge of ensuring the survival of the plants was a crucial aspect of the design process.
Designed by Nazlı Nazende Yıldırım, GreeneryPann aims to reduce indoor air pollution in a practical and aesthetic manner. Inspired by the circle, balance, and harmony of nature, it provides an innovative solution to enhance the well-being of interior spaces. GreeneryPann was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2019, recognizing its well-designed, practical, and innovative nature.
