Designer Xie Feng has created a unique and elegant solution for incense storage with the Aromatherapy container. Inspired by the rising fragrance of a freshly baked donut, this multifunctional vessel provides a stylish and practical way to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy.

The Aromatherapy container is designed to resemble a donut, with a hollow center where the incense rises slowly, creating a delightful scene reminiscent of a freshly baked treat. Made from carefully selected beech, pine, walnut, and other wood, the container is crafted using machine tools and features a magnet and switch for easy use.

Measuring at 95mmx95mmx30mm, the Aromatherapy container is compact and portable, making it perfect for use at home or on the go. Its unique design allows for up and down magnet adsorption, providing an elegant storage solution for the incense.

One of the main challenges in the design process was the wood processing. Wood is a difficult material to work with, and high temperatures can weaken its structure. Additionally, the size and placement of ventilation holes had to be carefully considered to ensure proper airflow and prevent the extinguishing of the aromatherapy.

With the Aromatherapy container, Xie Feng has successfully created a design that not only serves a practical purpose but also adds a touch of elegance to any space. The use of wood materials adds warmth and comfort, while the metal components and magnets enhance the overall design aesthetic.

The Aromatherapy container project started in Beijing in November 2018 and was completed in February 2019. It is a testament to the designer's dedication and attention to detail, resulting in a product that combines functionality, innovation, and beauty.

The Aromatherapy container has been recognized for its excellence and was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Furniture Design category in 2020. This prestigious award is given to designs that meet professional and industrial requirements, showcasing outstanding creativity and technical characteristics.
