Amassment of Humanity: A Grandeur and Cultivated Luxury House in Kaohsiung

Residential Apartment Designed by Tsan Hen Li

The Amassment of Humanity, a residential apartment designed by Tsan Hen Li, redefines luxury living in Kaohsiung. Unlike the old-fashioned rich who create spaces with extravagance, Tsan Hen Li focuses on establishing a space that combines spiritual arts and poetry. The result is a delicate transition between elegant luxury and the allure of humanity.

The design of the Amassment of Humanity is characterized by its unique properties and strengths. The public areas feature simple colors, with white, gray, and black dominating the capacious living room. White marble walls and floors, along with recessed lights on the white ceiling moldings, create a contrast with the dark gray sofas. The study area, located behind the sofas, showcases glossy black planes and stylish lighting, adding to the sedate allure of the space.

The dining room and kitchen, adjoining the living room, are adorned with elegant brown tones and exquisite materials, establishing a sense of cultivated humanity. Walnut brown and glossy black walls reveal delicate textures, while metal ceiling lamps shed cozy lights reminiscent of oriental splash paintings. The design of the personal areas, including the master bedroom and the second and third bedrooms, incorporates leathers, cloths, mirrors, metal lightings, and wooden floors. These elements are mixed in three different styles, creating an elegant and visually captivating atmosphere.

The Amassment of Humanity spans 158.5 square meters and is located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The project was completed in June 2018. To enhance the laid-back impressions of the public area, Tsan Hen Li employed color manipulation skills in large-scale planes, intensifying delicate visual perceptions. Each bedroom is named after its corresponding splash painting, adding a touch of artistry to the design.

The Amassment of Humanity has been recognized for its excellence in interior design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. The Amassment of Humanity stands out for its integration of industry best practices, competent technical characteristics, and its contribution to a better world through fulfillment and positive feelings.
