Vivo Indonesian

Office Design

The interior design comprehensively interprets Indonesia's humanistic feelings, from the flexibility of Vivo, unrestrained and comprehensive conception, extracts and applies elements, and combines the characteristics of the contemporary Internet technology era to build a high-end office center.

The Vivo Indonesian office design stands out with its unique interpretation of Indonesia's humanistic feelings. Designed by Yining Wang, the office space embodies the flexibility and boldness of Vivo, combining abstract elements and the characteristics of the contemporary Internet technology era. The result is a high-end office center that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

The office space is characterized by its modern and simple design. From the division of space to the combination of functions, every aspect has been carefully considered. The materials used, such as yashi white stone, GRG, white fireproof board, white enameled glass, blue aluminum board, and fabric, contribute to the overall sleek and sophisticated look.

One of the strengths of the design is its ability to create a sense of domain and privacy while still allowing for communication within the large space. The office space caters to both group and individual needs, promoting harmony and symbiosis between the whole and the part.

The design covers a total area of 2671 square meters and includes various areas such as the reception area, office area, independent offices, and public meeting areas. Each area has been meticulously planned to provide a comfortable, convenient, sanitary, safe, and efficient working environment for the staff.

In the reception area, a semi-enclosed curved shape combination serves as the first impression of entering the space. The use of light-colored paint creates an organic body, giving the area a modern and architectural feel.

The Vivo Indonesian office design project started in June 2019 in Jakarta and is set to finish in May 2020. The location of the office, in the northwestern region of Jakarta, makes it easily accessible from Jakarta International Airport and is surrounded by commercial blocks and high-end residential areas.

This exceptional design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2020 in the category of Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design. The award recognizes designs that are well-designed, practical, and innovative, meeting professional and industrial requirements. The Vivo Indonesian office design stands out for its integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
