As Dongbao Optical celebrates its 35th anniversary, the Eyesight Nutrition Package serves as a testament to the brand's commitment to improving its image. Inspired by the brand's behavior and business operations over the past 35 years, this package represents Dongbao Optical's professional and quality products and services. It embodies the principles, wisdom, and standards that have guided the brand throughout its journey.

The Eyesight Nutrition Package is made of cardboard and features a shotbox structure. Inside the package, there are four small boxes attached to the walls with magnetic fasteners. Each side of the package corresponds to a different scene - working, sporting, entertaining, and traveling - and contains a pair of glasses, manuals with stories, and peripheral gifts. The middle bucket box serves as the base for the brand story calendar and also includes drawers and slots for coupons. The entire package is meticulously handmade, showcasing the craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Measuring 290mmx290mmx290mm, the Eyesight Nutrition Package is a visually striking and interactive design. The outer package is adorned with a laser finish, and upon opening it, the recipient is greeted with a blue cover featuring the brand's logo. Opening the four sides of the package reveals the carefully curated contents, allowing the recipient to explore and engage with the different scenes and accompanying materials.

The creation of the Eyesight Nutrition Package posed several challenges. From a conceptual standpoint, the design team had to integrate the development story of Dongbao Optical and present a new concept exclusive to the brand. They achieved this by using text to plan, write, and guide the visual design. In terms of craftsmanship, the complex packaging structure required meticulous manual bonding, making the production process extremely challenging.

The Eyesight Nutrition Package is a testament to Dongbao Optical's commitment to providing a unique and thoughtful brand experience. Unlike other anniversary gift boxes on the market, this package goes beyond a mere change in form. It incorporates brand stories and humanistic interactions, allowing customers to truly connect with the brand. The intricate structure and handmade craftsmanship further enhance the package's appeal, making it a truly remarkable and memorable gift.

The Eyesight Nutrition Package was designed and produced in Dongguan, China, starting in October 2019 and completed in November of the same year. The project required extensive research to ensure that the package effectively conveyed the brand's values and resonated with its target audience.

This exceptional design, created by Ruikang Xie, was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Packaging Design in 2021. This prestigious accolade recognizes designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to improving quality of life.
