Qingyuan: A Private House Designed by Lei Zhao

A Fusion of Chinese and Western Spaces

Inspired by a warm and sunny mood, Qingyuan is a private house designed by Lei Zhao. With its beautiful and hopeful essence, this design aims to create a leisurely and relaxing fusion of Chinese and Western spaces for the owners, combining urban modern fashion with classic poetic feelings, truly becoming a "garden" of fine weather.

Differentiating itself from the modern western texture of the first-floor hall, the negative first floor of Qingyuan adopts a more Chinese decoration style. This intentional choice allows for a free and independent spiritual connotation, blending the urban modern fashion with classic poetic feelings. The design aims to create a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and spiritually fulfilling.

The materials used in Qingyuan include Hermes orange leather, marble, metal, glass, and logs, among others. These materials contribute to the unique and sophisticated atmosphere of the design.

With a project area of 350 square meters, Qingyuan offers a spacious and luxurious living environment for its owners.

The design of Qingyuan is not only visually appealing but also interactive. It creates a fragrant and poetic atmosphere, resembling a timeless classic. The space is designed to evoke a sense of melody, like a song of life, providing a harmonious and uplifting experience for the residents.

Completed in November 2018, Qingyuan is located in the Zitanshan Villa Community in Shenyang City. The design project successfully overcame challenges related to artistic conception and implication, resulting in a space that is both visually stunning and deeply meaningful.

Qingyuan has been recognized for its excellence and innovation. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award is given to well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements. Qingyuan's integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics contributes to a better world, providing fulfillment and positive feelings to its occupants.
