Love City: A Fusion of Classical and Modern Aesthetics

The Love City project, covering a total of 280 square meters, is a unique interpretation of a sales department project. The designers ingeniously incorporated architectural design manuscripts into the space wall, emphasizing its functionality while adding an artistic touch. The integration of green plants and artistic installations further enhances the living atmosphere of the space, creating a harmonious blend of the new and the old, the traditional and the modern.

What sets Love City apart is its meticulous attention to the relationship between material and space. The designers utilized a large number of wooden elements and white space to reflect the beauty of the space. The pure white and natural wood color bring out the Zen spirit of simplicity, resonating with the traditional Chinese aesthetic concept.

The spatial structure of the household model experience area adopts the traditional tenon-and-mortise structure, a testament to the designers' commitment to practicality and beauty. This design approach not only pays homage to the past cultural spirit but also caters to the new life aesthetic concept based on modern life.

One of the challenges the design team faced was creating life scenes that facilitate communication between people. The designers aimed to transform the marketing center into a community neighborhood center, providing more humanized community services for the residents around and increasing social and humanistic care. This approach reflects the designers' understanding of the evolving needs and requirements of contemporary young people for inheritance and tradition.

Love City is a perfect example of how deconstruction and reorganization of design ideas can express Oriental feelings with simple design methods. The designers have successfully simplified the complexity of traditional Chinese style, creating a space where the new and the old, the traditional and the modern can coexist harmoniously.
