Although the primary purpose of the model unit is to display the available designs, the space it creates goes beyond that. The designers believe that the display should return to the essence of life, catering to the common spiritual and material needs of people. This unique approach sets Sunny House apart from other model unit designs.

The designers have paid great attention to the spatial quality of Sunny House. The overall space is dominated by light tones, with bronze metal materials and walnut accents that reflect an oriental atmosphere. The low-saturation warm gray marble grain contrasts neatly with the large-area beige and gray wall cloth and the dark walnut wall, creating a harmonious and elegant ambiance.

Covering a total area of 380 square meters, Sunny House seamlessly integrates Chinese elements with a modern urban temperament. This fusion creates a sense of peace and elegance that resonates with the new elite of society, who yearn for a high-quality life.

The project, which started in April 2019 and concluded in October 2019, was located in Haikao. Extensive research was conducted to understand the needs and aspirations of the new elite class in China. Their international careers and love for Chinese culture reflect their high sense of self-identity and inclusiveness, which served as the foundation for the design.

One of the main challenges faced during the design process was the limitation imposed by the concrete structure of the walls. However, through innovative design methods, the visitors' attention is directed towards the beauty of the spacious area and the carefully crafted minute details, highlighting the formation structure.

The design of Sunny House goes beyond a mere study of space or a change in style. It is an ultimate expression of the attitude of modern life, using space to connect with visitors on a spiritual level. By delving into Chinese culture and the new lifestyle of contemporary society, the designers have created a fantasy realm that taps into the hidden desires of people's hearts.

Sunny House, with its unique design and thoughtful execution, was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award recognizes well-designed, practical, and innovative creations that meet professional and industrial requirements.
