The main inspiration for the W Horse Stud villa comes from the surrounding desert landscape, horses, and the swimming pool. The design focuses on maximizing the views of the horse paddocks, creating a harmonious connection between the house and its natural surroundings. Alhumaidi explains, "We also anticipate the moment when the natural aging of the landscape will make the house blend more into the site and improve the intended privacy while maintaining the views."

One of the standout features of the W Horse Stud villa is its elevated position, lifted 140 centimeters above the ground. This architectural choice allows for uninterrupted views of the horse paddocks, creating a sense of tranquility and connection with nature. The layout of the villa is divided into two axes, with one dedicated to the horse stable and the other to the bedrooms, dining area, and a large living space that overlooks the swimming pool.

The construction of the W Horse Stud villa showcases the innovative use of materials and technology. The house is built with lightweight thermal insulated blocks, glass, a concrete structure, and a lightweight steel roof system. This combination ensures energy efficiency, durability, and a seamless integration of the villa's design elements.
