Through questionnaire surveys and analysis of user sentiment, usage scenarios, and current design trends, the team created a customer service system that addresses the challenges faced by both ends.

The Aifanfan IM application has received recognition for its innovative approach to online customer service. In 2023, it was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Information Technologies Design category.
