The villa's design spans five levels, including three above ground and two below, featuring an open-plan living area, study, spacious ocean-view bedrooms, a home theater, and a tea room, each thoughtfully positioned to capture the essence of coastal living.

Embracing sustainability, the villa's design incorporates advanced lighting strategies. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and an open layout are the results of meticulous regional illumination studies, which not only enhance the natural light within but also reduce the need for artificial lighting, aligning with environmental consciousness.

The villa's facade is a statement of modernity, with minimalist doors and windows that feature narrow-framed, seamless aluminum frames coupled with large-sized ultra-clear glass.
