Situated at a height of 50 meters, Level 12 is the tallest structure in its vicinity, offering a scenic perspective of the surrounding area. The design team, in collaboration with Panchshil Hotels Pvt. Ltd., recognized the potential of this location and decided to utilize the rooftop space to its fullest. The result is a rooftop restaurant that not only enhances the hotel's revenue but also provides guests with an unforgettable dining experience.

Level 12 stands out from other rooftop restaurants with its unique features and strengths. The restaurant is designed to inspire and create a mood of love, with its aerial view of the city, twinkling stars, and fine music. The space offers a variety of moods that guests can blend into, making it a perfect venue for romantic evenings. The neutral hues of grey used in the design emphasize the scenic beauty of the surroundings, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the atmosphere.

The realization of Level 12 involved careful consideration of space utilization and functionality. During the day, the rooftop area serves as a pool area with sun loungers and a breakfast and snacks counter for hotel guests. As the sun sets, the space transforms into a poolside Indian restaurant, creating a romantic ambiance with the contrast of falling water and fire. The design team ensured that the entire space was kept simple, allowing the scenic beauty to take center stage.

The technical specifications of Level 12 include a total area of 450 square meters, with overall dimensions of 25000 mm x 18000 mm. The space is divided into two levels, with a lap pool at the center and elegant lounge seating at the higher level, featuring a central bar. The lower level provides a normal dining experience with the overflow of the pool as a backdrop and a panoramic view of the city on the other side.

Level 12 was part of the construction project for the Double Tree by Hilton in Pune, India, which started in 2009 and was completed in 2013. The design team faced challenges in creating an intimate and charming dining experience within the split levels of the rooftop. However, they successfully overcame these challenges by embracing the concept of "less is more," allowing the natural beauty of the surroundings to enhance the dining experience.

Level 12 has received recognition for its outstanding design. In 2014, it was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
