The building, located in a redevelopment zone outside the center of Taichung City, Taiwan, is a striking sight. Constructed with white stones, black metal grills, glass curtains, and plantings, it stands as a symbol of the company's innovative design principles. The design was completed in June 2014, transforming what was once a paddy field into a luxurious mansion.

The unique properties of the design lie in its blend of natural and modern elements. The side wall, made of white rocks, features two tall stone lions outside the porch, creating an appealing long gallery in oriental modern style. Inside, the beige travertine, wooden floor, white counter made of driftwood, and rock climbing artworks emphasize the spirits of nature, strength, and ecology in a simple but contemporary hall.

The interior space mirrors the exterior design style, with a white wall, black window and grill screen, delicate granite floor, and log furniture. This design creates a natural and simple atmosphere in a modern residence. The balcony, terrace, plantings, waterscapes, wooden platform, and artistic sculptures contribute to an atmosphere of art, elegance, and leisure, creating a distinctive surprise at every turn.
