Raynon Chiu's Masterpiece: A Unique Sales Center with an Artistic Twist

Surrounded by green mountains, the Hefei Vanke Sales Center is a fertile ground for creativity and innovation. Raynon Chiu, the mastermind behind the design, has seamlessly integrated the gray space characteristics of the building, creating a distinct and captivating aesthetic.

The design stands out for its unique color palette. Gray serves as the base color, complemented by wooden elements and blue accents. This combination creates an introverted yet interesting spatial experience for visitors, making them feel as if they've stepped into an art center rather than a sales hub.

The realization of this design involved the use of various materials such as Sepreggianto, urban grey, hemus white, black gold diamond, wood veneer, and wood floor. The result is a 750 square meter space that not only serves its functional purpose but also provides a visually appealing experience.

The design process wasn't without its challenges. The most significant was incorporating elements of traditional Chinese culture into the modern design. However, Raynon Chiu successfully overcame this hurdle, creating a space that truly reflects the strong Chinese characteristics of Hefei City.

The Hefei Vanke Sales Center project began in April 2016 and was completed in September of the same year. The design has since been recognized for its excellence, winning the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2017. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise, innovation, and artistic skill.
