Elegant Mansion: A Luxurious Residential Lobby

Creating Elegance and Safety Through Neoclassical Design

The flooring of the lobby used light-colored marble extending to the wall behind the counter, unveiling the resplendent prelude to this art feast; the ceiling adopted exquisitely luxurious crystal chandelier, the crystal chandelier originated from the aristocrats of the Middle Ages, where the gorgeous style features sophisticated glass and crystal matrix, lighting up the space through refractions.

This residential project, known as Elegant Mansion, showcases a stunning neoclassical design in its lobby. Designed by Pei-Chun Tsai, the lobby combines antique granite foundations with graceful aesthetics, creating a poetic visual sentiment. The use of light-colored marble flooring, extending to the wall behind the counter, sets the stage for an artful experience upon entering the space. The ceiling is adorned with an exquisitely luxurious crystal chandelier, reminiscent of the opulence seen in the Middle Ages. The chandelier's sophisticated glass and crystal matrix illuminates the lobby through refractions, adding a touch of glamour and elegance.

One of the unique features of this design is the implementation of community greening. The neoclassical building is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and visually pleasing environment. This integration of nature adds a poetic touch to the overall aesthetic of the lobby, enhancing the sense of elegance and tranquility.

In addition to its aesthetic appeal, the design team also prioritized safety. The structure has been reinforced to provide residents with a more stable and secure sensation. The symbiosis between safety and aesthetics is evident throughout the design, ensuring that both aspects are seamlessly integrated.

The lobby of Elegant Mansion offers various functional areas, including a reception area and a mothering classroom. The reception area features a high-ceiling design that extends the visual space, reducing any potential visual stress. A gentle cream-colored sofa adds a layer of elegance and grace to the space. The mothering classroom, on the other hand, is designed with a classical black and white color scheme. Simple tables and chairs are arranged with appropriate distances, allowing for emotional connections and moments of solitude. The large French windows bring in ample natural light, further enhancing the visual effect of the space.

The sports area within the lobby presents a completely different design approach. Pale wood colors dominate this space, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Gentle yellow lighting adds a cozy touch, inviting residents to engage in physical activities while enjoying the luxurious surroundings.

Elegant Mansion was completed on December 1, 2019, in Taichung City. The design team's meticulous attention to detail and their commitment to creating a harmonious blend of elegance and safety have resulted in a truly exceptional residential lobby.

This design has been recognized for its excellence and creativity, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that exhibit strong technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
