For interior design details, Mr. C's requests were nothing less than the harsh standards of a luxury hotel. The Super Normal team traveled around Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and even Italy to explore hotels, furniture, and materials. They also measured the sizes of all kinds of functional areas in Mr. C's present homes in Shenzhen and Shanghai to customize this unique residence.
The whole room features hard and simple lines that outline men's boldness, while the contrast between wood and stone textures highlights the beauty of solemnity and quietness. The open layout creates a sense of magnificence by connecting all spaces while meeting functional requirements. Top-notch original furniture adds a perfect gentle texture, and art paintings hanging on the wall bring a free and lively ambiance to this rational and silent space.
The western-style kitchen, the most frequently used space for the owner, sets the tone for the selection of materials throughout the house. Starting with a low saturation champagne baking vanish board of Armani/Dada in the kitchen, the design extends to the wood floor, wood finish, and the selection of other textures. The main tone is grey champagne, with dark and light colors used to distinguish public and private spaces, creating an emotional experience of having boundaries while having no boundaries.
Construction standards comparable to industrial product standards were implemented to ensure the highest quality and enhance the ecological aesthetics of daily home furnishing. Mr. C's private house is like a well-cut, close-fitting, and crease-free business suit, accommodating his reserved and self-disciplined character and his pride and authentic self.
The design of Mr. C's Private House was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements. This prestigious award recognizes the integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, providing fulfillment and positive feelings that contribute to a better world.
