The Elegance and Fashion residence, designed by Tzu-Chiao Lin, is a masterpiece that combines sophistication and style. Spanning across 390 square meters, the Elegance and Fashion residence offers a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics. The configuration of the space is carefully crafted, utilizing framing, overlapping, penetrating, extending, unilateral, and bilateral methods. This allows for a diverse range of life mechanisms to be accommodated, ensuring the space meets the needs of its occupants.

The design of this residence was completed in December 2016 in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Throughout the project, the designer conducted extensive research to ensure that the space reflects the identity and aspirations of its inhabitants. The arrangement of the entire space pays particular attention to elegance and fashion in the new era, resulting in a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.

One of the challenges faced during the design process was to create a space that caters to the needs of the homeowners. With the requirement of a home office and occasional visits from grandchildren, the design needed to strike a balance between tranquility and functionality.
