The design team utilized floor zoning and various partition strategies to ensure a continuous circulation while maintaining distinct identities for different rooms. The use of terrazzo flooring with custom mixed ingredients for desired patterns and colours, and high-quality bricks formed as interior partitions, adds a unique character to the flat. The sampling of terrazzo mix to match the actual surface area required back and forth tests. Building brick walls with parametric patterns also demanded accurate digital simulation and translation of factors to the builders.
