Interpretation of New Asian Styling

What sets this design apart is its emphasis on culture as the key to imbuing the space with artistic values and original creativity. The design team meticulously mixed and matched elements from different cultures, resulting in an unprecedented new style that reflects the client's preferences and expectations.

The realization of this design involved incorporating traditional craftsmanship and modern technology. The elongated walkway features a hand-drawn fortune tree motif in gold foil, while the public area walls are adorned with elegant gloss classic panels, setting the tone for a modern classic style.

Technical specifications include elevated balcony floors to bring the external greenery indoors, creating a seamless connection with nature. Additionally, a centralized digitally integrated home life management system enhances the functionality of the entire residence.

The design team successfully overcame challenges, particularly in the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom. By utilizing clear diamond-cut glass sliding doors, heightened water-stopper walls, and stainless steel drainage, they achieved dry-wet separation without compromising aesthetics. The mosaic work on curved surfaces, featuring precious colored gemstones, added to the overall complexity of the design.

The Interpretation of New Asian Styling project was completed in Taipei City between April and October 2014. Through meticulous mix-and-match techniques, the design successfully collided contrasting Eastern and Western cultures, creating a space that celebrates the appreciation of both art forms.

This exceptional design was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2019 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach. The Interpretation of New Asian Styling exemplifies the integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world.
