Pheren Soepadhi's Pheren Couture Unveils a Unique Bridal Collection

The collection, inspired by the late 1700s to 1900s fashion, Romanesque to Rococo architecture, classical to metal music, and various warrior cultures, offers a unique perspective on bridal wear. It combines the delicate, authentic beauty of leaves, flowers, and skeletal structures with the power and elegance of Victorian fashion.

Each piece in the collection is crafted meticulously using crystals, glass beads, and tulle, requiring around 150 hours of work due to the intricate details. The designs are predominantly asymmetrical, featuring a 3D look on the top part, which posed a unique challenge in terms of sewing technique.

The collection, which was started in October 2018 and completed in January 2019, was chosen to close the NYFW A/W19 on February 9th, 2019. It has been featured in prestigious publications such as Elle, Harper's Bazaar, The Cut, and Washington Square News.

Lacrimosa, which is available in US size 4, is a testament to Pheren Couture's core concept of elegant femininity. The collection, dominated by lace, crystals, and tulle, is completed with haunting masks, adding a touch of mystery to the romantic Victorian designs.

Each piece in the collection is a one-of-a-kind, showstopping, red-carpet-ready gown, reflecting Pheren's detail-oriented craftsmanship and thousands of hours of meticulous handwork. The collection was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in 2019, a testament to its extraordinary excellence and significant impact on the world of fashion.
