The Bolgrad company, a leading player in the Ukrainian alcohol market, has always been recognized for its unique and original product designs. The Bolgrad Brandy XO is no exception. The inspiration for this design came from the product itself, with its rich history and reputation for quality. The design concept successfully combines conflicting messages, borrowing from the style of classic French colognes and brandies, while incorporating current trends from industrial design and engineering.

The design of Bolgrad Brandy XO is realized using modern print and post-printing technologies, such as embossing, stamping, and special tactile polish. The label, printed on high-quality paper, delivers a pleasant visual and tactile sensation to the customer. The label dimensions are 130 mm by 80 mm, occupying most of the flask-shaped bottle. The use of special techniques and technologies gives the product a unique tactile and visual effect, enticing customers to hold and touch the product.

Stepping into the premium segment of brandies for the first time, the Bolgrad brand faced the challenge of preserving and maintaining its brand image while creating something new and unique to the market. The design needed to communicate the exceptional quality of the product, its special status, and its unique organoleptic properties. The final design successfully accomplished this, creating a new category, a new trend, and a new fashion in the market.

The Bolgrad Brandy XO design was awarded Silver in the A' Packaging Design Award in 2019.
