The inspiration for Project Yellow came from the dynamic and fascinating color yellow. Yu Chen combined this vibrant color with interesting sculptures, 3D models of science fiction, and fashionable elements to create a unique and unforgettable visual experience. The project's strong visual impact aligns with the aesthetic perception of trends among mainstream young people, making it a powerful tool for brand promotion.
Project Yellow is not just a design but a visual IP, which has been used for the promotion of a variety show and is set to be used in a larger scale visual tour exhibition and brand cooperation. The project's visual extensibility is very strong, and it is expected to cooperate with multiple brands to create more visual art products in the future.
The realization of Project Yellow involved a variety of technologies, including sculpture, 3D modeling, 3D printing, photography, and spot color printing. The project began in September 2019 and was completed in January 2020. Despite the challenges faced in achieving the desired visual impact and in the process of 3D modeling and rendering, Yu Chen was able to successfully complete the project after constantly adjusting the visual language and 3D elements.
Project Yellow has already garnered recognition for its innovative design. It was awarded Silver in A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award in 2020. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that illustrate outstanding expertise and innovation.
As a comprehensive art project, Project Yellow is more than just a design. It is a visual revolution that is set to change the landscape of brand promotion and visual communication. With its compelling visual image, energetic color scheme, and strong visual impact, Project Yellow is indeed a design project like no other.
