An Elegant Fusion of Oriental Aesthetics and Modern Design in Real Estate

Yongna Sheng's design inspiration for the JIN MAO Fu Sales Office on Lvyou Road was rooted in the pure and spiritual Oriental Aesthetics and the high and elegant Literati Spirit. The design is a modern interpretation of these traditional elements, creating a serene and poetic environment that serves as an oasis in the heart of the city. The design is a reflection of the designer's desire to provide a space for modern people to return to an elegant life.

The uniqueness of the design lies in its ability to transcend the traditional function of a sales center. Through the power of design, Yongna Sheng has explored the future of sales modes, using art and design to transform the architecture into a new symbol of the city. The design incorporates a variety of materials including marble, metal, wood veneer, and leather, creating a rich and textured aesthetic.

The project, which spans 1200 square meters, was realized over a decade, from May 2009 to October 2019, in Shandong, China. The design process involved a careful consideration of the functional division of the sales office, ensuring a humanized layout that would facilitate smooth sales operations. The functional areas include a reception area, negotiation space, model exhibition area, signing area, audio-visual area, and rest area.

One of the key challenges faced in the design process was the creation of a prominent image that would reflect the characteristics of the real estate, stimulate positive psychological feelings in customers, and enhance their desire to buy. The design also had to take into account the rhythm and order of the space, the organization of the flow of people, and the visual points of interest in the space.

The Lvyou Road Jinmao Sales Office design has been recognized for its excellence, winning the Silver A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2021. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation, and that introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder. The award is a testament to Yongna Sheng's remarkable design skills and the unique vision that was brought to life in the Lvyou Road Jinmao Sales Office.
