What sets the Rimex WC pan apart from others is its unique design and functionality. The ceramic workshop founded by Dr. Nejat F. Eczacibasi in Istanbul in 1942 has played a significant role in the development of this design. With the ceramic tiles factory in the 90s, Bozuyuk rapidly became Vitra's main production campus. The Rimex WC pan beats all formulas for easy cleaning, making it a standout choice for modern bathrooms.

The Rimex WC pan is not only easy to clean but also offers maximum hygiene. Its rimless design eliminates hidden areas where dirt and bacteria can accumulate, ensuring a thorough and effortless cleaning experience. The realization of the Rimex WC pan was made possible through advanced CGI animation techniques. The Digital Panorama team meticulously modeled all the elements in a 3D space using Autodesk 3Ds Max software. The rendering engine V-Ray and liquid simulation in Realflow added a touch of realism to the animation. The final compositing was done in Adobe After Effects, resulting in a visually stunning representation of the Rimex WC pan.

With a duration of 15 seconds each, the Rimex WC pan animation comes in three films. The full HD resolution of 1920x1080 and a frame rate of 25Fps ensure a high-quality viewing experience. These films are planned to be played on various social media platforms, including YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, and Vitra's website.

The Rimex WC pan animation project started in December 2018, with the first presentation of the idea to the client. Production commenced shortly after and was completed in May 2019, with the final film delivered. The animation aimed to support VitrA's design and technology, showcasing the innovative features of the Rimex WC pan to a wide audience.

The design team faced several challenges during the creation of the Rimex WC pan animation. The main objective was to highlight VitrA's design and technology while creating a simple and fresh visual experience. Realistic water and ceramic materials were crucial in conveying the modern design of the WC pan. Combining these elements with harmonious music added an extra layer of challenge to the project.

The Rimex WC pan animation has received recognition for its excellence in design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Movie, Video, and Animation Design category in 2021. This prestigious award acknowledges the well-designed, practical, and innovative nature of the Rimex WC pan animation, meeting professional and industrial requirements.
