Healthcare professionals emerged as true heroes, tirelessly working to save lives and protect communities. Their unwavering commitment and resilience inspired the designers to create a memorial that would honor their memory and commemorate their selfless acts.

Memorial stands out with its spiritual concept and minimal design. Crafted entirely by hand using pure silver clay, this unique piece captures the essence of the healthcare workers' dedication. The innovative approach to forming and the meticulous burning process result in a truly one-of-a-kind creation.

The necklace features a circular pendant, symbolizing the ring of light that surrounds the nurses and healthcare workers who fought on the frontlines of the pandemic. This circular form can be easily detached from the main support, allowing each component to be used separately. The pendant is accompanied by a bandoleer and gemstones, representing the gratitude and appreciation for the health and remedy staff.

Measuring 5 x 1.5 x 0.4 cm, the necklace's dimensions perfectly balance elegance and wearability. The circular pendant itself measures 3.5 x 0.2 cm, making it a subtle yet impactful statement piece.

Memorial was meticulously designed and produced by Salomeh Sorouri and Salvi Samiei Kashi. The project began in 2020 and was finalized in 2021 after the creation of the primary sample. The designers conducted extensive research to ensure that the piece accurately conveyed the devotion and sacrifice of healthcare workers.

Recognizing the exceptional design and meaningful concept, Memorial was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Jewelry, Eyewear, and Watch Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the piece's practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial standards.
