The product body is crafted from high-strength engineering plastics using a two-color injection molding process, ensuring durability and stability.

Technical specifications of the J16 Smart barcode scanner include dimensions of 174.69mm (H), 4.32mm (W), and 4.68mm (D). The scanner itself weighs 215g, while the base weighs 193g.

The J16 Smart barcode scanner project commenced in 2021 in Shenzhen and was completed in September 2021. Extensive research was conducted to ensure fast recognition of broken, blurred, or overexposed barcodes. The development team utilized a new generation SmartLight3.0 decoding algorithm, training and calibrating the scanner hundreds of thousands of times. The self-developed multi-spectral technology and polarization scheme enable the scanner to adapt to various environments and quickly recognize different barcodes. Furthermore, the scanner is capable of independent learning and upgrading.
