Developed in Beijing, China, the Customized Meeting Assistant project commenced in July 2021 and was completed and launched in February 2022. The design team, consisting of Ying Li, Meng Xu, Lili Zhai, Xingbiao Li, Lichun Zhao, Sining Wang, Beisi Xu, and Han Li, worked tirelessly to overcome the challenges posed by remote work and the limitations of traditional office settings.

By addressing the emotional indifference and reduced efficiency caused by telecommuting, the Customized Meeting Assistant not only benefits companies by lowering operating costs but also contributes to mitigating traffic congestion and air pollution. Additionally, during the pandemic, it reduces personal contact and helps prevent the spread of the virus.
