In response to this pressing need, designer Jiahao Liu introduces the "Touchless Modular Express Disinfection Cabinet." This innovative equipment aims to provide users with an infection-free experience when picking up their express parcels. The cabinet comes equipped with an ultraviolet disinfection lamp that automatically sterilizes incoming parcels, ensuring they are safe and free from any harmful pathogens.

One of the standout features of the Touchless Express is its seamless user experience. Through a dedicated app, users can easily open the cabinet door without the need for physical contact. This touchless operation not only enhances convenience but also minimizes the risk of potential contamination.

Furthermore, the Touchless Express is highly adaptable to different express stations. It can be customized to fit the size and specifications of various locations, making it easy to assemble and integrate into existing setups. The construction of the Touchless Express utilizes high-quality steel plate material. The initial cutting process involves using a shearing machine to cut rolled steel plates into various sizes. Specific punching machine molds are then employed to treat the steel plates based on the position of different components. To enhance durability and resistance to natural erosion, the surface of the cabinet undergoes a surface treatment process that includes phosphating treatment to eliminate grease and rust. Finally, a high-temperature electrophoretic spraying process is applied to provide additional protection against rust and wear.

The Touchless Express also offers a UV disinfection function, ensuring that all incoming parcels are thoroughly sterilized. Users can conveniently control the cabinet's operations through the dedicated app, providing a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Designed and developed over a four-month period in Jilin, China, the Touchless Express represents a significant step forward in the field of express delivery disinfection.
