Minimal with Clear Details

Fully utilizing the full-height glass panels, the Bel Air Residence draws the sea view into every corner of the 2180 sq. ft space. The living and dining room, adorned with white decorations and furniture, features earth-tone floorings that add warmth and spaciousness to the area. The functional re-layout of different zones caters to the needs of the owner's family.

Upon entering the dining and living area, the first space encountered is an entertainment room designed for music and TV games. This cleverly partitions the activities area from the sleeping area, ensuring privacy and functionality. The sleeping zone, walking closet, and toilet are clearly divided, thanks to the designer's expertise in space rearrangement.

The master bathroom has been enhanced to increase its spaciousness by incorporating hanging cabinets with a plain wide mirror. An L-shaped design serves as a dresser table at the end of the bathroom zone. The use of carpets in the master bedroom helps absorb noise, while the insertion of noise barriers/partitions in the master bathroom wall prevents interruptions during early mornings.

The Bel Air Residence's minimal design with clear details creates a mood of warmth and calmness. The insertion of small related decorations and the strategic arrangement of spaces make this design unique and functional. The wide windows allow the view of the sunset to enter the space, adding to the overall ambiance.

The Bel Air Residence project started in October 2012 and was completed in April 2013 in Hong Kong. It has been recognized for its excellence and innovation, receiving the Iron A' Design Award in 2014 in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category. This prestigious award is given to designs that meet professional and industrial requirements, integrating industry best practices and competent technical characteristics.
