The Six: A Unique Residential House Design by Fahad Alhumaidi

A Blend of Architecture, Landscape, and Interior Design

The Six consists of six identical detached houses, with the design executed in three phases. The first phase, completed in 2010, comprises two homes spanning 700 square meters each. The subsequent phases were tailored to the specific requests of the clients.

The design of The Six revolves around the concept of volumes, with four facades that are fully exposed to the exterior through the east and west sides. The north and south facades are enclosed by white walls, creating a striking contrast. This design choice not only enhances the visual appeal of the houses but also ensures privacy and protection from the elements.

One of the most remarkable aspects of The Six is its seamless integration with the desert landscape. The design emphasizes the original relationship between the desert and the sea, creating a serene and tranquil environment for the residents.
