The project, which began in May 2018 and was completed in October of the same year, was designed for a family of three. The design team, led by Chief Designer Dickson Hung, sought to create a space that was both stylish and practical, with a focus on modern minimalism and exquisite detail. The result is a space that is both visually stunning and highly functional, with a unique aesthetic that sets it apart from other residential designs.

The design team drew inspiration from the principles of modern minimalism, applying the "less is more" approach to create a space that is both simple and sophisticated. The living room and dining room are combined into one open area, featuring wood flooring and a background wall that complements the handicraft painting, wall lamps, and greenery. The master bedroom is dominated by low-saturation colors, with golden elements adding a touch of brightness to the space. The kitchen is connected to the dining area, with a balcony that doubles as a bar counter, offering both practicality and visual appeal.

The project utilized a palette of white marbles, solid wood floorboards, brushed black steel, wood veneers, wired glass, grey mirrors, and cloth and leather coverings.
