The inspiration behind the design was to contrast the modernity and enormity of the building with a human touch. The team focused on incorporating humor into everyday office situations, creating a playful yet clean design that instantly evokes an emotional reaction in the viewer. The challenge was to make the rules loveable, so people would feel inspired to respect them, rather than feeling ordered or forced.

The uniqueness of this design lies in its approach to office behavior. The team created a visual identity for a new set of rules, aiming to make them more appealing and less authoritative. The result is a signage system that is both functional and engaging, a rare combination in office settings.

The design team included Creative Director András Tarkovács, Art Director Ákos Polgárdi, Illustrator Gergő Gilicze, Design Consultant Scheitz András, and Project Manager Netta Luzsi. It was awarded Silver in A' Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design Award in 2021.
